Tianjin is developing rapidly. A formwork was given on how to redevelop an area of the city off of one of the main subway lines. Many iterations were given to the government of Tianjin on how to redevelop this area. The area is to be a mixed used neighborhood, with cultural institutions, residences, commercial stores, and offices. This iteration focuses on creating a green pedestrian network. Along with the pedestrian network the main boulevard was to be developed with a continuous language, orange are low rise store fronts, and grey represents the office towers.
